Recipes for the Dukan diet

Attack: bread according to Dukan

  • 150 g of soft cottage cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of ground oat bran
  • 4 tablespoons of gluten
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Mix all the ingredients, shape into bread and bake in the oven at 180 degrees.

Shooting: Spicy eggplant salad

  • 1 red onion
  • 400-500 g of tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 0. 5 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • ground black pepper

Prick the eggplants in several places with a fork and bake the whole thing in a 180-degree oven for 30-40 minutes.

Cut the onion in half, add sweetener, salt and apple cider vinegar. Pour a glass of boiling water and let it simmer in this marinade.

When the eggplant is ready, peel it and cut it into large cubes. Add the chopped tomatoes and the finely chopped parsley.

Filter the onion and add to the salad. Season the salad with a tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Fastening: meat sinnabons

  • 1 tablespoon of gluten
  • 1 tablespoon isolate
  • 2 tablespoons of ground oat bran
  • 2 tablespoons ground wheat bran
  • 1 tablespoon of egg powder
  • 150 g of soft cottage cheese
  • 30 g soft vegetable margarine

Cut the onion into small pieces, mix with the minced meat, season with salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients and grind to a crumbly consistency with margarine. Gradually add the curd to form a plastic dough.

Roll out the dough thinly and cut into 5 cm strips.

Place minced meat on each strip and roll it up after wetting your hands. Place in a baking dish. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

After 30 minutes, remove the mold and brush the cinnamon with a beaten egg. Then put it in the oven for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle the finished pastry with herbs.

Pure protein day: stuffed squid

  • 6 split squid
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 8 crab sticks
  • 100 g of champignons
  • salt and pepper to taste

Sauté the mushrooms and onions until soft, transfer to a bowl, add the chopped sticks and the egg. Add salt, pepper and mix everything. The cleaned and washed squids are filled with the resulting minced meat, and the edges are secured with a toothpick.

We put it in a mold, fill it with milk, to which we first add salt, pepper and dill. The milk should half cover the squid. Place the mold in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Then turn the squid over and put it in the oven for another 10 minutes.
